Elms is a major recycler of
semiconductor trays used for the packing of surface-mount ICs (integrated
circuits). These trays are known by various names, such as matrix
trays, EIAJ trays, semiconductor trays, IC trays and JEDEC trays.
Elms takes these trays back to optimize the recycling of
these trays for re-usability as well as for material
recycling. It is able to receive the trays in bulk to clean,
inspect and sort them out by types, categories and recycling suitability.
Elms ensures that these trays go through a proper
segregation methodology to allow the most direct and optimum recycling
route whenever possible.
The trays that we collect are from a myriad number of
makers and users. Examples of them are as follow:
- 3M
